The Hotel has a restaurant that is well managed. As a matter of fact, in the Colonial days, "El Comercio", was the name called the store that once occupied the space that we reconstructed and now use as our main dining room.
In "The Vertical Garden", another of our rooms, you can relax and snack on more casual meals based on rations and small toast..
Food is prepared with care, taking care of the details. You can sample both traditional cuisine of the area, as well as that of more elaborate dishes.
